This objective can only be accomplished between two willing participants; namely the “buyer” and “seller”.  TLDoffers is extending notice to all users that this service is a privilege to use thus any misuse or unprofessional conduct by either party will result in the loss of usage rights on WEBPRO International’s server.

TLDoffers expects the buyer and the seller to conduct all business communication in a professional manner. We expect all buyers’ and sellers’ to follow through on all commitments that are verbal, written, faxed, emailed, IM (instant messaging), United States Mail , third party carriers or electronically  facilitated by TLDoffers.com / WEBPRO International Inc or any third party messaging device that would lead the Seller or Buyer to enter into an agreement.

Before using TLDoffers services you clearly understand that:
By accepting these terms and conditions; the user (you) acknowledges and agrees any and all adjoining services or ANY future disputes that could arise from transactions or agreements of any kind whatsoever is made at sole discretion and risk of the Buyer and the Seller.
You the “User” further acknowledge that TLDoffers.com is a service intended to be used between the Buyer and the Seller only.

Failure to execute any of the “Seller / Buyer Binding Contracts downloaded from this website may be used as defense materials in a court of law.

It is at TLDoffers.com and WEBPRO International’s sole discretion to reject offensive top level domain names. Please exercise common sense and consideration before making any listing(s). This website is deemed a privilege to use. Any blatant attempt to post offensive language of any  kind will not be tolerated. Administrative fees for removal of offensive TLD’s (Top Level Domain Names) will not exceed the cost of posting.
